RETURN POLICY

Our refund policy is much more simple than most. If you're not 100% satisfied with your SuperChucks.com order, simply return it (in brand new condition) within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase; Dealer's Packs must be returned within 14 days. That's how confident we are that you'll love your Super Chucks!

Please note that if your purchase included a separate shipping charge (meaning that shipping was not free), we cannot reclaim our money back on shipping, and therefore are unable to refund it.

Kindly also note that we do not refund on repeat purchases, meaning that only first time orders are refundable. The one exception to this is verifiably defective merchandise, or merchandise that has been damaged in transit.

SHIPPING POLICY

We generally ship out within 1-2 business days. Many ecommerce sellers dropship their products to you from China, which can take up to 3-4 weeks to reach you. We are different. We stock materials in what we affectionately call our "Bouncy Lab," right here in Minnesota. Super Chucks are made to order with care, for each and every one of our valued customers. As a result, we are able to get your order out to you quickly.

The majority of our orders go out via the United States Postal Service. Orders that are heavier in weight such as our Dealer's Packs may go out via Fed Ex or other carriers as arranged via ParcelMonkey.com, our third party shipping coordinator.
